"The property boasts a beautiful view and is part of a new construction, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the space was generous—with a roomy kitchen, large bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wide deck to enjoy the scenery. The internet was fast, and ceiling fans throughout the home added to the comfort, especially on warmer days. One of the standout features was how quiet the location was—great for relaxing or getting work done. The host was outstanding—they went above and beyond by personally walking me through the property to explain how everything worked, pointing out local attractions, dropping me off at the car rental agency, and being very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such a committed and thoughtful host. On top of all this, the price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. There are a few things to be aware of. The water has a moderate sulfur smell/taste, which is not uncommon in some areas but might take getting used to. The access road for the last quarter mile is quite rough—small cars may have difficulty with clearance, so I’d strongly recommend a rental car with higher ground clearance. Additionally, the nearest grocery stores and bars are not within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential. "Aqua de Vista was everything we wanted in a vacation rental. Spacious and bright, the open floor plan provided beautiful views of the sea in front of the villa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals or snacks. We did a preorder of food and drinks through Sunkiss Provisioning and everything had been delivered and put away when we arrived. Highly recommend this as the nearest grocery is in Marsh Harbour. The bedrooms and baths were large and completed stocked for a week stay. Beach towels and toys were an added bonus. Having a bathroom on the lower level was great so you didn't have to go through the house when coming out of the water or finishing a walk on the beach. The beach pavilion served as a great place for an afternoon nap in the hammock or drink sitting at the bar. The location was perfect for us. We went snorkeling right in front of the villa off Lobster Cay. Lots of fish, lobster and other sea creatures. At low tide we walked to the cay to explore and collect shells. Aqua de Vista was situated well to allow us to visit other parts of the island. A great find was Da Valley restaurant on Little Abaco. A bit of a drive but well worth it for their Conch dinner. Closer to the villa is Coop's. A fairly new place with great food, drink and nightlife. Pete's Pub in Little Harbour is worth the drive south. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and if we are back in the Abacos will definitely book Aqua de Vista. "

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"

"What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk about 1 mile to an amazing sandbar where we found starfish, sand dollars, and beautiful shells. On your way back, if it's before 4, stop at the beach club resort for a drink. The beach villas is a lovely community with friendly people and feels extremely safe. The only room for improvement I'd say is it would be nice to have a dresser or drawers of some kind in the master bedroom to more neatly unpack (Theres 1 or 2 shelves in the closet, that's about it) and my husband would have really loved a propane or charcoal grill. Thankfully one of the very friendly neighbors was kind enough to let us use their grill.Highly recommend this property!"
